Enjoying snacks and drinks on a terrace. It lollygagged. The contact with outside and watching people pass by is a nice bonus. Fortunately, the time when we could sit on a terrace only in the warm months is over.

At Karsten’s, the patio is a great place to hang out all year round. Our conservatory can be completely open in nice weather, for the ultimate summer feeling. As soon as the mercury drops, we close the side panels and turn on the heaters. In addition, there are heat pads on our comfortable couches and several tables have built-in table hearths. So that’s how you stay warm while overlooking the beautiful Kerkbrink in Norg.

For a fine lunch or delectable dinner, Karsten’s is the place to be. By the way, did you know that we are not only open to hotel guests? Our doors are open to anyone who wants to enjoy fine dining outdoors. So definitely don’t be fooled by the word “Hotel” on the facade.

Our menu offers an extensive choice of delicious and familiar dishes. Think chicken ice satay, spare ribs with a homemade marinade or a buttery ribeye. Fish lovers can choose fried cod or our changing fish dish, among others.

Of course, we also cater to vegetarians. From a richly filled meal salad to a forest mushroom risotto or spinach strudel … there’s bound to be something tasty for you. The kids can also have plenty of fun at Karsten. The menu for our smallest guests includes classic favorites like poffertjes or fries with chicken nuggets.
