24-hour meeting package

Meetings are held at Grand Café Hotel Karsten in Norg! Our meeting room is very suitable for all kinds of meetings. Workshops, trainings, meetings, seminars, brainstorming sessions, congresses and other business meetings, it’s all possible. Karsten has all the facilities you need, including wifi and a projector. We can set up the meeting room entirely as you wish. Consider placing tables and chairs in a theater arrangement, u-shape or small groups. And did you know that you can meet not only in our meeting room, but also in our heated conservatory? Ideal when you want to be warm but still enjoy the outdoor feeling.

All day fully catered

Karsten likes to think with you. Accordingly, we have prepared several meeting packages. For example, there is a 4-hour meeting package, 8-hour meeting package, 12-hour meeting package and a 24-hour meeting package. If you want a full-service meeting, a 24-hour meeting package is a good choice. Unlimited coffee, tea and mineral water will then be available to you throughout the day. Of course, there is also a snack in the form of a cake or piece of fruit. After the first part of the day, enjoy a sumptuous lunch in the restaurant. In the evening, a delicious 3-course surprise menu awaits you here. A 24-hour meeting package naturally includes an overnight stay and a full breakfast buffet.
