12-HOUR MEETING PACKAGE

Come meet with all your colleagues at Grand Café Hotel Karsten in Norg. Our meeting room is suitable for all kinds of meetings. For example, seminars, workshops, brainstorming sessions, trainings, meetings, conventions and other business meetings. We have all the facilities you need, including wifi and a projector. The room can be arranged as desired. Think the arrangement of tables and chairs. In addition to our meeting room, you can also use our heated conservatory. Perfect if you want to be warm, but still enjoy the outdoor feeling.

 

INCLUDING LUNCH & DINNER

Grand Café Hotel Karsten is likes to think with you. This is why we have created several meeting packages. For example, there is a 4-hour meeting package, 8-hour meeting package, 12-hour meeting package and a 24-hour meeting package. Choose a 12-hour meeting package if you want to come for a carefree all-day meeting. During the meeting hours, unlimited coffee, tea and mineral water are available to you. Of course, there is also a snack in the form of a cake or piece of fruit. After the first part of the day, enjoy a sumptuous lunch in the restaurant. Around dinner time, a delicious 3-course surprise menu awaits you here.

Suggestion: combine your meeting with a lovely walk in the woods. After all, Karsten is located in a wooded area. Or end your meeting with a fun group activity. Always good for team bonding! Check out the options directly here.

4-hour meeting package

  • Unlimited coffee, tea and mineral water in the room with cake or fruit of the day.

8-hour meeting package

  • Use of plenary meeting room for one day from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Unlimited coffee, tea and mineral water in the room with cake or fruit of the day.
  • Extensive buffet lunch in the restaurant, including fruit juices, milk and mineral water.

12-hour meeting package

  • Use of the plenary meeting room for one day from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
  • Unlimited coffee/tea and mineral water in the room with cake or fruit of the day.

24-hour meeting package

  • Use of the plenary meeting room for one day from 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
